Gifting

If you want to purchase our jewellery as a gift for a special someone, make sure you put their name and address in the shipping section at credit card checkout (with your own name and address in billing). If you like, we would be happy to enclose a gift card with your short message - let us know on the Cart page.

​Payment and Shipping
​
UK delivery is free - no minimum order. Orders dispatched within 5-7 working days via first class Royal Mail. Our packaging is letterbox friendly.
We ship overseas with a standard flat rate of £4.00.
Care
​
Copper and silver needs only a gentle wipe - with silver, the more you wear it, the shinier it stays! Copper can darken with age. Enamel is made from glass powder - please be aware the finished product can chip or crack if dropped or mishandled.

Customisation
​
If you would like to change the ear wires or cord/chain supplied with your order, let us know via the Contact page! We are also happy to customise bangle sizes to suit.

Pendants

Most of our pendants come with a leather or faux suede cord with a bead so you can adjust the length to suit. You can swap to a copper or sterling silver chain for a small additional cost.

​​Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if not, please let us know. We would be happy to replace/refund any items if there is a problem. Returns policy is 14 days, we will pay postage in the unlikely event of a faulty item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
